Below numbers are corrected as of 2/11/09 to reflect Specter/Harkin floor amendment to add $6.5 billion to NIH, which did not appear in Nelson/Collins working group document but which we have confirmed from sources that it survived the cuts, and to remove portions of AHRQ not going through NIH.
